Hello world. Is COVID-19 getting you down? Did you day just drag on and on? Did every interaction with people seem to be draining and difficult? I do understand. At a moment when I thought nothing would bring me out of this funk….

I did it my accident, just now, and wow a different level of joy filled my mind and heart.

I do hope you can find an office chair. The kind that swivels. Make a little room and take a twirl.

Meditation is amazing.

Everything I am learning about my mind and self preservation is drawing me into more research.

But today I say to the world.

Just twirl!

Now take a moment and journal how you feel.

Maybe do it again.

Maybe keep it secret and your personal moment of joy.

Return to it when you need a boost.
